You will see people who have to pay a hefty amount for their prescriptions. People aren't usually perky when you tell them their total.
People Will Be Upset About the Wait
A pharmacy can be a busy place and sometimes people have to wait a long time to get their prescription and because of this they will often be very aggravated by the time that they get to you.
People Will Ask You About Medications
Since it isn't always clear who the pharmacist is, there might be people who come to you with questions about the medication that they were prescribed and while this is no big deal to you they may become embarrassed when you direct them to a pharmacist and because of the embarrassment become a bit annoyed with you.
People Will Ask You for Medical Advice
A pharmacy is a place that people can get medical advice for free so it is common to have someone come up to you ask about a rash that they have. Similar to when people ask you about medication you can politely direct them to the pharmacist for council on a product.
People Will Want to Take Their Medications to the Front of the Store
If you work in a pharmacy that is within a large drugstore or a division of a retail store it may be common that people will ask you if they can take their unpaid prescription to pay for it at the main checkout area. Most of the time this will be against your pharmacy's policies and when that is the case people will often become very annoyed.
